Obama Talks Terrorism

San Francisco (Obama.net)- There is no question that most terrorists are not the most compassionate people. Most terrorists and terrorist organizations do not see too much value in human life. A suicide bombing is just another occurrence on another day for a terrorist organization. A random bombing that kills hundreds, if not thousands, of innocent people is definitely not something out of the ordinary for these dangerous groups. And the President of the Unites States of America Barack Obama knows this very well.

In an interview with a South African television network, President Barack Obama talked about terrorists and terrorist organizations, particularly al Qaeda. Most notable of Obama’s discussions was his comment on how low terrorists value the lives of Africans in the world.

According to Obama, “What you’ve seen in some of the statements that have been made by these terrorist organizations is that they do not regard African life as valuable in and of itself.“

After a minimum of 76 innocent individuals were murders in Uganda due to numerous bombings this past Sunday, Obama spoke with the South African Broadcasting Corporation. Obama, after looking over the tragedy, which took place on the same day as the finals of the World Cup in South Africa that should have made the day one of the happiest in history for the African Continent, with his administration and experts, has concluded that the attacks were the doing of a Somalia terrorist organization, Al Shabaab.

Obama criticized the apathy of terrorist groups. Obama told the South African Broadcasting Corporation that groups such as Al Shabaab and al Qaeda only see the African Continent “as a potential place where you can carry out ideological battles that kill innocents without regard to long-term consequences for their short-term tactical gains.”

In essence, Obama is saying that these terrorist groups are using the men and women of Africa as tools to get their point across, but pay no attention to the harm they are costing the people of Africa and human life in general.

Obama spoke emphatically about how the viewpoints of these terrorist organizations are hurting the advancement of Africa. The President of the United States of America said that “On the one hand you have a vision of an Africa on the move, an Africa that is unified, an Africa that is modernizing and creating opportunities. And on the other hand you’ve got a vision of al Qaeda and Al Shabaab that is about destruction and death.”

Obama expressed his concern for the people of Africa by saying that the way terrorists treat Africa, “It presents a pretty clear contrast in terms of the future that most Africans want for themselves and their children.”

As no plan has been put in place as of yet, it can be assured that in due time Obama will put together a plan to help protect the people of Africa better. Until an official plan will be put in place, Obama is more than likely to keep a close eye on the terrorists and terrorist organizations that target Africa in order to protect the Continent.

While it is difficult to dissuade every terrorist in the world from attacking Africa, President Obama is still making certain that everyone knows about the strife that Africa is enduring.

As President Barack Obama continues to assess the situation, there will hopefully be a constructive plan shortly to firmly protect the people of Africa.
