At Sherwood Country Club in California, Tiger Woods has secured a spot near the top two rounds into the Chevron World Challenge.
It has been a long time since Woods has won a PGA tournament. In recent years Woods has been known as an unfaithful man and a past his prime golfer.
But now it appears that Woods is back on his game.
This past week, Woods spoke with Colin Cowherd, the host of ESPN Radio’s “The Herd.”
Cowherd spoke with Woods for about 15 minutes and got some good comments from the man who usually does a great job of not letting his emotions show. Woods told Cowherd that just recently for the first time in years, he is finally training like he used to.
Woods explained that due to knee injuries, for the past few years he has been rehabbing his knee and has not been able to weight train or even practice on the golf course as he did when he was winning tournaments as easily as you and I breathe.
This weekend, Woods is currently second place by one stroke and is in good position to take over the lead on Sunday.
With only a little bit of full training under his belt, it appears that the great Tiger Woods is back on top of his game.
