Obama Campaigns

San Francisco (Obama.net)- Midterm elections are coming up shortly and there are some questioning just how safe the jobs of current Democrats are, especially those that are in the House of Representatives. With approval ratings not what they were a year and a half ago, there is a growing worry among some of the men and women who are hoping to retain their seats in November.

With plenty of time between now and Election Day, the Democrats have a good chance to improve their public images and regain the support they have lost from some Americans. And there’s one man who is looking to help them as much as he can.

President Barack Obama has vowed to help any and all Democrats campaign for reelection. Obama will also publically support their policies and platforms. Obama made these pledges Wednesday night in a meeting he had with some Democrats from the House of Representatives.

Some members of the Democratic Party want Obama to step up more for them and do more campaigning and support for them.

The current plan will see President Obama go to different parts of the United States to campaign at a minimum of once a week until the November 2nd election. In the past year and a half, President Obama has already visited thirty-two events to support Democrats in addition to a few hundred in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida alone, the swing states of the United States. Another forty events are currently planned for the next four months for not only Obama, but also the First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and other members of the Obama Administration.

The men and women of the House of Representatives will meet with President Obama at the White House Thursday to voice their concerns to the Head of State in person. In addition to their worries about Obama’s first hand support of them in political campaigning and events, these Democratic men and women are also concerned with recent comments made by Obama’s spokesperson, Robert Gibbs.

Democratic leaders are not very pleased with Gibbs’ recent statement that the Republicans have a good chance to take over the majority in the House of Representatives on Election Day. Gibbs said that he was just pointing out the fact that enough seats are up for grabs so that either party could come out the winner. But Democratic officials are still none too pleased with Gibbs’ comments.

With elections coming up on November 2nd, it is now the time for President Barack Obama and his Administration to stand up and work hard for the Democrats of the House of Representatives. With the proper campaigning by Obama, his wife, Joe Biden, and the rest of his Administration, the Democrats can maintain a strong majority in the House of Representatives in the United States of America.
