Today, hip-hop superstar Rick Ross was sent to a hospital after suffering a seizure.
Ross, who often works with top rappers like Lil Wayne, had a seizure on a plane. The flight departed from Fort Lauderdale and was on route to Memphis, Tennessee. As a result, the pilot was forced to end the flight early and go for an emergency landing to get Ross to a hospital.
It is being reported that Ross went unconscious immediately after take off. Ross’ associates then told the flight attendants and a doctor on the flight came over to perform CPR on Ross.
Soon thereafter, rapper Wale tweeted, “I just talked to Ross…he’s 100 pct ok.” Others associated with Ross said he was fine as well.
About fifteen minutes later, Ross himself tweeted that he was doing fine. In fact, Ross was claiming that despite the incident, he was still going to go out and perform on stage tonight in Memphis at the FedEx Forum.
