Arizona boy pleads guilty in deaths of father

A 9-year-old Arizona boy charged with fatally shooting his father and another man pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of negligent homicide under terms of a plea agreement that does not specify jail time but places him on "intensive probation." Here is the link to the full story.

Wow someone that is 9 can get charged with murder that is crazy. I am sure it will only be some kind of probation.

A 9 year old killed someone. That is just crazy and how does a 9 year old kill anyone. That is just bad parenting i would have to say.

How does a nine year old even kill anyone. If there is no guns in the house then this would never happen.
